GFI Group reserves the right to amend or cancel a scheduled training with or without prior notice. GFI also reserves the right to replace the personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. If a training class is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund. No refund is paid for participants who cancel the training or does not show up at the training venue. GFI Group shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customers because of a cancellation or amendment of a scheduled training.
